I was active in the craft industry for fifteen years and had always loved the creativity. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clothing and Textile Merchandising from Southern Illinois University. My business started at craft shows and craft malls.

Please Note: Personalized, custom items, diaper cakes, gift sets, and binkys are shipped directly from the designers and must ship separately from the rest of your order. Tracking numbers will be provided if available.

Diaper Cakes and most larger gift sets and gift baskets are now being shipped UPS ground (5-7 business days-no Sat delivery). Most other items are shipped USPS Priority (2-3 business days).

"Usually ships" is the processing time needed before your order will ship.

I'm sorry, but we no longer accept international orders or ship to international countries.

Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email or call us. Baby Bibs, Etc. will make a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resaleable condition. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges, (except for defective or damaged in transit merchandise). Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please Note: Personalized items are not returnable.
Shipping costs and gift-wrapping are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.
